I’m a Massachusetts native, retired P.E coach, and health teacher. I retired from coaching and academia in 2014 to help my 90-year old father with his health issues. When he went into extended care, I read his various insurance policies to see what coverage he had. This is when I learned, first hand, the difference between good and bad insurance policies (and agents).

This experience gave me a strong belief that insurance brokers should be ethical and provide excellent customer service when needed. I treat my clients as family because many of them treat me like I’m part of theirs.
